Skins and accessories

Console and controller skins, HDMI and power cables. Ordered items can take around two weeks.

We don't repair TVs, drones or keyboards, and we don't offer data recovery. All repairs depend on assessment and parts availability.

How to get your device repaired

Repairs are done at our own workshop, not in the shop where you drop off.

Drop off in central Irvine

  1. Message us on WhatsApp from the in-store iPad, with your device and the fault.
  2. Note your reference number and hand the device to the till.
  3. We assess it and send you a quote.
  4. You approve or decline the quote.
  5. We repair and test it, then tell you when it's ready to collect.
Free assessment. Shop open 8am to 10pm.

Home pickup and return

  1. Message us on WhatsApp with your device, the fault and photos.
  2. We reply personally, usually within 12 hours, and tell you if it looks repairable.
  3. Once you agree, we arrange a pickup from your home.
  4. You approve the quote before we repair.
  5. We bring the repaired device back to your door.

Repair prices depend on the device and fault, so we quote each job. You always approve the price first.

Questions

Are repairs done in the shop?

No. The shop is a drop-off and collection point only. Repairs are done at our own workshop.

Do I pay before you start?

No. We send a quote first and only start once you approve it.

What if you can't fix it?

You don't pay for the repair, and the £30 pickup and return fee is waived.

What if I change my mind after pickup?

We only book a home pickup once you've agreed and we've told you the device looks repairable. If you then decline the repair, the £30 pickup and return fee still applies.

I can't use WhatsApp. What now?

Visit the drop-off shop and use the iPad there to message us.
